A committed team based in Milan and Rome

Following the acquisition of Palazzi Agency by the Chabé Group, the management team has evolved with the arrival of Leslie Moica to form a strategic duo with Francesco Palazzi. Leslie brings with her a decade of experience within the Chabé group, where she recently held the role of VP Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Chabé, she worked for 10 years in luxury hospitality abroad, developing a deep understanding of the needs of high-end clients.

Leslie Moica states: „I am excited to join Palazzi Agency and to work with Francesco to further grow this historic company. My goal is to continue capitalizing on the excellent work done so far and to leverage synergies within the Chabé Group to enhance our offering. We plan to introduce new technologies that improve our clients‘ experience and ensure bespoke transport services, not only in Italy but globally.

The new management team’s dynamic approach is based on the expertise and commitment of the Palazzi Agency by Chabé team, which 80 people in our Milan and Rome offices.

The Human Resources department is committed to recruiting and supporting our talent, which is at the heart of our success.

Our dispatch teams in Milan and Rome coordinate daily operations with precision, in direct contact with the chauffeurs, the true ambassadors of our expertise. At the same time, the commercial division works closely with our customers to offer solutions tailored to their specific needs.

The events coordination and logistics department plays a key role in the organisation of events, anticipating every detail to ensure a flawless experience. Finally, the administration department ensures rigorous and efficient management to support all our activities.
Our chauffeurs, at the heart of our services, embody discretion, elegance and expertise. Thanks to their professionalism and perfect knowledge of the country, they turn every journey into a smooth, top-of-the-range experience.
